the warm croissants at breakfast were a nice touch, however, it’s baffling how I wasn’t upgraded to a better room, considering my expectations! the overall ambiance lacked character too. I’d almost give a good review, but just couldn’t, sadly. disappointing for a place with such rave comments. I was really looking forward to a special experience.

Great free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. A bit far from attractions, though.
